Once your service is complete, we offer a 24-hour guarantee. Not happy for any reason? Please reach out and we will make it right.

Invoice & Payment

Once service has been rendered, we will email you an invoice for payment.

Lather, Rinse, Repeat!

If you are a cleaning subscription client, your next cleaning will likely already be scheduled. If you signed up for a one time clean, you can rebook another service. Then... repeat!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • We do carry insurance! Black Hills FRESH is licensed, bonded, and insured for the peace of mind of both our company and our clients. Please know we will make every effort to make things right in the event of an accident.

  • Unfortunately, there are a few services we don't provide for the safety of our team and so you as the client can ensure vou get someone who specializes in your specific needs. We do not handle any pest or hoarding situations, removal of mold or paint, exterior window cleaning, or HVAC systems. We will not clean any surfaces we cannot reach that require an extension ladder. We will not clean an hazardous materials to include human waste or blood.

  • We will provide additional services outside of what is outlined on the cleaning checklist (large amounts of laundry, carpet cleaning, yard clean up, etc.) on a case by case basis for our regular clients, at an additional cost. If there is something else vou want done to help maintain your home, please let us know and we will get you a quote. Additional agreed upon services can be added or removed at any time.

  • If something gets broken or damaged while cleaning, we will make every effort possible to let the client know what happened and replace or repair the item. If it is not something that was noticed while rendering services, please reach out within 24-hours of cleaning and we will take steps to correct the situation.

  • Life happens! If vou need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible to let us know. We will work with you to reschedule if desired. If notice is not given sooner than 24-hours prior to cancellation, we charge a $50.00 cancellation fee since we won't have the ability to rebook our services to someone else on late notice.

    Additionally, your personal client information, such as access instructions to your home, address etc. are treated as confidential. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the company.

  • We make every effort possible to not have to cancel any appointments. However, sometimes unexpected circumstances like sickness, weather, or child school closures may prevent cleaner from being able to make it. In those events, vou will not be charged for service that was not performed. We will make every effort possible to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible, if desired.

  • We understand having someone to come into vour home or space requires a lot of trust. Betsy has passed background checks to previously work for the Unified Judicial System and as a volunteer working with children. Any employees of Black Hills FRESH will be required to pass a background check and uphold themselves in a moral and ethical manner. We maintain a high standard for anyone who may be hired with our company. Nobody will be hired unless it is someone Betsy would personally trust in her own home.

  • We do! Word of mouth is our best source of referral, and we appreciate each and every person who trusts us enough to recommend us to their friends and family. Each referral who mentions your name will get you BOTH a $20 coupon to be used after vour referral schedules and completes their first clean (vour referral can use their $20 coupon for their first cleaning if desired).
